In Loving Memory

I am out of energy and this post will be short, so I promise more details later.

Anyway... Ryan left us this morning, a couple of hours ago.

He died at Virginia Mason Hospital. He was with loved ones.

Thank you all so much.

He made it to his B-Day.
I didn't forget his Birthday yesterday.

The first time ever,
I said Happy Birthday
on the right day.

And then I said GoodBye.

I envision him somewhere, with that huge grin on his face, and, of course, his leather jacket. He will be sorely missed. Deepest sympathies to his loved ones and family at this time.

Although I only met you both briefly during the stuck lock incident at siv's house, you instantly struck me as warm and kind... the exact type of people who make our community a family.

My heart goes out to you during this time. The ones who love us never truly leave us.

Vanderwall I love you so much. I'll never forget how you gave me a pudding-cup to make me feel better when I was so down at work that one night after my girl dogged me. I'll miss you when we watch Battlestar! And that jacket of yours was always so warm... and spiky. You were one of the few people that was more chipper than even me, and I'll miss that. Never saw you sad, and you always had such a great sense of pragmatism! I'll see you one day on the other side.

I missed you like hell when you moved but there was always a chance that we'd visit. Plus we AIM'd. I'm glad you made your birthday. I'm glad you were able to make some of your dreams come true. I hated to think of you in pain. G-ds Peace Ryan and my condolances to all who loved him too.

We are so sad to learn of this news. Ryan was our classmate in highschool and was a true friend to all. May God be with all of you that were close to him during this difficult time.

We will miss you, Ryan. Rest In Peace.

We were Ryan's landlords in Ocean Beach. Unfortunately, we did not hear of Ryan's passing until late January. We were thrilled to read that he realized his dream job.

Our heartfelt sympathies to all his loved ones.

Goodbye young friend, see you on the bridge.

Love, Michele and John
